Robust Superhydrophilic/Underwater Superoleophobic Surface with Anti-Abrasion and Anti-Corrosion Performances Based on Laser Ablation

Preparing underwater superoleophobic surface is an effective method to solve the problems of oil adhesion on surfaces and spill in water. However, at present are not reliable practical application due their poor stability under corrosion abrasion. Herein, we proposed a facile fabricate robust superhydrophilic/underwater surface. The combined with micro honeycomb frame structure nanostructure, which was fabricated by laser ablation. pattern shows strong hydrophilicity water contact angle 0° stable repellency 164.9°. Furthermore, it can maintain its excellent performance after 120 cycles abrasion 6 h pH = 1–14.
